If you can't tell I'm a coffee guy so yeah coffees my move. Matcha, and teas are gonna have less than energy drinks by a good bit usually, move on them if you are susceptible to caffeine. Speed of drinking plays a role just don't chug whatever you're drinking and you won't get jittery. Teas: Less than 100 usually* sometimes real low amounts fr Lattes are usually 2 shots of espresso and really sugary, they don't last long in my hands (lol no self control), and don't have enough caffeine. Iced Coffee/ Cold Brew will run about the same amount as a regular coffee, just a little less because of the ice watering it down, and places often cut their cold brew with water. A coffee, therefore, might be a better move if you are going for a while if you sip it and don't try to chug it down but it does get cold ya know. It takes somewhere around 3/4 shots+ of espresso (depending on the shop) to equal a medium black coffee so even if you doctor that John up you will have more caffeine in a coffee. Regular coffees typically have way more caffeine than energy drinks. Please attach proof of profession or degree.
